Kyle Hankins is the founder and owner of Compliance Management Venture, LLC. He brings more than 25 years of federal compliance experience to commercial motor vehicle safety, regulatory consulting, and training.
His background is rooted in real-world roadside and enforcement experience, giving him a practical understanding of how federal motor carrier safety requirements are applied in the field. That experience allows Kyle to help carriers, drivers, safety professionals, attorneys, and insurers move beyond simply reading the regulations and understand how those requirements affect day-to-day operations.
Through CMV, Kyle focuses on helping clients identify risk, strengthen safety and compliance practices, improve cargo securement and operating procedures, and understand complex commercial motor vehicle requirements. He also provides specialized expert witness and litigation support when commercial vehicle safety and regulatory issues are at the center of a case.
